The studio was absolutely amazing! The decor was on point, and the shower and bed were top-notch. Even though we didn't meet the host, he made sure to check in on us and prioritize our satisfaction. The kitchen facilities exceeded our expectations, and if you're a tea and coffee lover, just make sure to bring your own. The location was great, with easy access to the city center by either a short bus ride or a quick walk. The cleanliness and coziness of the studio made us feel right at home, and it was surprisingly more affordable than a budget hotel. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt!

Really lovely stay for two nights. Warm welcome from host. Spotlessly clean and warm room, exactly like in the pictures. Convenient and nice setting right by unfamiliar neighbourhoods, and the centre. Btw, located easy to walk to the city center or to the beach.

We loved our stay at the Art Deco house. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm, and cozy. The shower was gorgeous and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed as vegetarians and vegans, including a fridge and toaster to make our own snacks. The keypad entry system made us feel safe and secure. It was also very convenient to have a cute little table to sit at and watch the world go by. a fantastic experience.

Everything was exceptional, I loved impeccably clean and warm rooms. Had lovely stay for two nights and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. I didn't want to leave and do recommend the property.

I am a regular guest at a fantastic place in Brighton. The staff is super helpful. They once returned my forgotten belongings. The studio has everything I need- Wi-Fi, a kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for my business trips. No pets, no smoking. Love it!

We had a wonderful time staying at this stylish and comfortable studio. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stops just a minute away and the city center a short 10-15 minute walk. The walk back from the city center can be a little challenging, especially with the uphill terrain.

The carpet was not great for people with allergies, which was a bit of a drawback. Although the space was clean overall, the carpet could have been better for those with sensitivities.
